Tilt Hydrometer

Tilt is a wireless digital hydrometer and thermometer which connects to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth (works on both iOS and Android).

The instrument works by measuring the degree of inclination (tilt) as it floats in the fermenter.

You can monitor the fermentation in real time with SG (Specific Gravity), and temperature during the fermentation, and automatically save the data to the cloud for future reference.

It comes calibrated and ready to go with a pre-installed battery. Just download the free app, sanitize your Tilt, drop in your fermenter, and start taking readings with your phone or tablet.

Accuracy: SG ±0.002 (in the range of 0.990 to 1.120). The thermometer is accurate to ±0.5 °C (within the range of 0 - 85 °C).

For use inside Stainless fermenters or refrigerators, it may be necessary to use Tilt together with a Tilt Repeater to amplify and extend the signal.

Note: If you want to use multiple Tilt Hydrometers for different batches, they must be of different colours. (The app will not read multiple hydrometers of the same colour).
