With this manometer intended to be placed on a glass bottle, one can monitor the process when bottlle conditioning beer
All you need is a glas bottle for a 26 mm crown cap, which you fill with the same beer and the same amount of sugar as the other bottles in the batch. With a simple locking mechanism, the gauge is then locked in place and the pressure build-up can then be monitored.
