Saaz Shine is characterized by its mild bitterness with a nice and balanced character, which makes it particularly suitable for lighter lagers and other bottom-fermented beer styles. Thanks to its elegant aroma profile and smooth expression, it is a popular choice for beers with a traditional lager character.

The variety was created by crossing a female plant of Sládek and a male plant of Saaz.

Aroma: Noble, herbaceous and floral.
