Galaxy is one of Australia's most exciting hop varieties. Galaxy is a high alpha hop that is characterized by a distinct aroma / taste of citrus and passion fruit that becomes more prominent the later in the process it is added.

Galaxy was launched in 2009 after about 9 years of testing and quickly became popular worldwide. Galaxy is a cross between Perle and an unknown Australian high alpha hop.

Aroma: Clear taste of mainly passion fruit but also peach and citrus.
