Hallertauer Tradition pellets 2025, 5 kg

Hallertauer Tradition is been bred to create a modern, more diseas resistan version of the nobel hop Hallertauer Mittelfrüh. The result is an easy to grow hop with a more powerful aroma and higher alpha acid contents, excellent as an aroma hop.

European and International Lager

Hallertauer Tradition is a mix of Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, Hallertauer Gold and Saaz. Bred for it's diseas resistance it was released in 1989.

Aroma: Nectar and grass with earthy undertones.

Origin: Tyskland

Typical values:
Alpha acid (correct alpha value is printed on the package): 4 - 7 %
Cohumulone: 23 - 30 %
Total oils: 0,9 - 1,9 ml / 100 g
Storage stability (alpha acids): Good, 65 - 70 % av alpha acid remaining after 6 months in 20ºC.
