Magnum hops grown in Poland. The aroma is described as spicy herb with hints of pine and resin.

Commonly used in German lagers and pilsner, Excellent for bittering in any beer style.

Magnum was developed during the '80s and is the daughter of Galena and an unknown German hop. It was registered and launched to the world in 1993 by the Hop Research Institute in Hüll, Germany.

Aroma: Clean bitterness and some citrus.

Alpha acid (correct alpha value is printed on the package): 10-14 %
Cohumulone: 23-25 %
Total oils: 1,9-2,3 ml / 100 g
Storage stability (alpha acids): Excellent, 80-85% alpha acids remaining after 6 months at 20 °C
