Azacca is a newer American dwarf hop with intense aroma and flavor of tropical fruit and citrus.
Common beer styles: all modern ales and lagers that wants a fruityness to play a major part.
Azacca was developed and launched by the American Dwarf Hop Association (ADHA) in 2013 and is named after the Haitian god of agriculture. It's mother is the Japanese hop Toyomidori and its father is an unknown American strain with Simcoe origin.
Aroma: Tropical fruits, ripe mango, orange, pineapple, pear, tangerine and pine.

Cohumulone: 38 - 45 %
