Idaho 7 is an American hop variety released in 2015 that has grown rapidly in popularity. Well suited for American IPA.

Pungent tropical fruit (pineapple, peach and mango) and elements of spruce/citrus and a some resin.

Cryo Hops® is a concentrated form of hops developed by Yakima Chief Hops, where much of the plant parts have been removed but oils and other flavors have been retained. Cryo Hops® can be used just like regular T90 pellets but are best suited for whirlpool or dry hopping. Compared to regular hop pellets, only 50% as much Cryo Hops® is needed to achieve the same taste results.
