Denna maltkross från Ss Brewtech lämpar sig väl för avancerade hembryggare, bryggklubbar och små bryggerier som brygger upp till ca 800 liter öl åt gången. Den här maltkrossen är genomtänkt och snyggt designad.

Maltkrossen har en kapacitet på att krossa upp till 160 kg malt i timmen, vilket innebär ca 25 kg per 10 minuter. Den lättmonterade påmatningstratten har plats för drygt 11 kg malt.

Valsavståndet kan justeras i 11 fasta steg med valsavstånd från 0,5 mm till 2,0 mm. Justeras smidigt utan verktyg.

Motorn har ett högt vridmoment, med remdriften placerad i en separat kammare där hjul och kullager hålls skyddade från maltdamm.

Kraftiga valsar i rostfritt stål med en diameter på 10 cm och längsgående räfflor. Valsarna har olika rotationshastighet vilket ger en kombinerad effekt av krossning och skjuvning. Fördelar med detta är att valsarna utsätts för mindre påfrestningar, att malten krossas utan att pulveriseras och att krossen får en jämnare gång.
Sammantaget gör konstruktionen att maltskalen behålls relativt intakta vilket ger en optimal balans mellan utbyte och lakning under bryggning. Även hårdare maltsorter som råg och vete krossas utan problem.

Är helnöjd med denna produkt! Den mal tyst och det är busenkelt att ställa in avstånd mellan valsarna. Det krossade kommer ut precis som du vill! Fäste den på en stor plyfa- inget damm numera! Mvh Mattias
